For one card in a card sort, the percentage of participants who put it in its most common group. High agreement means people see it the same way.

If 18 of 24 participants put 'Order a new PIN' in a group called 'Cards', the card has 75 per cent agreement. Cards with low agreement are the ones your navigation will struggle to place.

Low agreement is a finding, not a failure. It often means the item is ambiguous, poorly named, or genuinely belongs in more than one place.
